Hello there, I’m Oladimeji,
Raised in Ibadan, Nigeria, I began my creative and entrepreneurial journey at 15, building a printing business that grew into a thriving venture by the time I turned 19. Over the last decade, I’ve worked as a UX consultant, built products used by millions, taught over 50,000 creatives, and led companies across design, technology, and storytelling.
Now, I’ve stepped back from the noise to do something more honest: figure life out in public.
On this channel (and across everything I share), I explore the deeper questions of identity, purpose, creativity, and meaning through deep dives, opinion pieces, and real conversations. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I believe there’s value in asking better questions and telling the truth about the journey.
Outside of this project, my life revolves around three core pursuits:
Contemplation: I’m drawn to stories, systems, and silence, the spaces where clarity begins. My background in UX design taught me that simplicity isn’t the absence of complexity, but the patient uncovering of truth. I study people, read widely (especially philosophy, theology, and business history), and reflect deeply on what it means to build a meaningful life in a noisy world.
Creativity: Whether I’m building a company, designing a product, or mentoring creatives, I’m obsessed with process. I’ve learned that great work isn’t about talent, it’s about iteration, courage, and vision. I believe creativity is sacred, not just strategic, and that every idea, when nurtured well, can grow into something extraordinary.
Action: I’m raising a son, running a business (FotoPool), and helping leaders build things that matter. I live in the tension between ambition and stillness, working hard to build the future while holding space for reflection. It’s not always clean, but it’s honest.
